Football fans and gamblers are amped for Week 11 of the regular season because it's one of the best we've had thus far.
The week kicks off with an AFC South matchup between the Colts and Titans. Indianapolis has a decent lead in the division but a win for Tennessee would go a long way in hopes of catching the Colts, or maintaining a Wild Card berth.
Two former Pac-12 quarterbacks will be under the spotlight for Thursday Night Football, which is always broadcast by the NFL Network, but the talent disparity between Andrew Luck and Jake Locker is large. BookMaker sent out an early spread of -1 for the hometown Titans for this matchup while the total surfaced at 44.
The second nationally-televised tussle in Week 11 is also a division bout, and it's even better. First place in the AFC West will be on the line as Denver collides with the undefeated Chiefs at Mile High. Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth will call the game for NBC's Sunday Night Football and the early line had Kansas City catching +8 points.
The Broncos were massive favorites to win the West at the outset of the season. Nobody expected the Chiefs to start 9-0, but pigs fly sometimes. They will be coming off their bye week and there will be some bettors with huge holes in their bankrolls should K.C. finish the season atop the division. That defense certainly has a chance to slow down Peyton Manning and Co.
Monday Night Football on ESPN features an out-of-conference contest but it too is a good one. The New England Patriots are in Charlotte to square off against the surging Carolina Panthers. The early line at BookMaker for this game had the Kittens as slight 1.5-point chalk with a total of 42.5.
Cam Newton and Co. will be coming off a big game at San Francisco the week prior while the Patriots were idle. The letdown factor is certainly an angle handicappers will take a look at.
Along with the Pats and Chiefs, the Jets and Browns also will be coming out of their byes in Week 11. New York was getting 1.5 points at Buffalo and Cleveland was a 6-point dog at Cincy when the lines initially surfaced at BookMaker last Wednesday.
The Dallas Cowboys and St. Louis Rams will finally get their breathers in Week 11. The final four teams earn their byes the following week.
The first 12 games on Sunday, November 17, will be televised by either FOX or CBS. There are some decent matchups on the board but the juggernaut comes in the late afternoon set.
In the FOX Game of the Week, the San Francisco 49ers travel south to the Big Easy to take on the New Orleans Saints. Both teams will be coming off big games against formidable opponents. The early line has the home team favored by just a couple of points while the total opened at 47.

NFL Odds - Green Bay Packers at Dallas Cowboys betting in Week 15 on FOX Sunday

Sunday night, Dungy claimed that the Packers were in prime position to steal the division and carry some momentum into the postseason. After snapping a five-game skid by beating the Falcons 22-21 in Week 14, Green Bay now sits just a half game behind the Lions and... Continue Reading
