The team loses Vernon Macklin (11.6 points, 5.4 rebounds), Chandler Parsons (11.3 points, 7.8 rebounds) and Alex Tyus (9.1 points, 6.2 rebounds), three starters who contributed greatly last season. Patric Young will need to help fill the void in the frontcourt after averaging 3.4 points and 3.8 rebounds a year ago.

Florida's biggest obstacle will be finding capable big men to replace Parsons and Tyus. Young will definitely be counted on, and Erik Murphy had some success in limited minutes last season. However, the backcourt is strong with Boynton and Walker, and they should have big years. Any time a team returns its two top scorers, the expectations will remain high. Boynton and Walker are the keys to this year's fortunes for Florida in NCAA basketball betting.
