NASCAR Betting Online: Jeff Gordon is the current leader in the Chase for the Sprint Cup. The series heads to Texas for the O'Reilly Auto Parts Challenge on November 2nd, 2014 at Texas Motor Speedway in Fort Worth. Considering Gordon’s past success, he could be among the drivers favored in NASCAR odds.
Jeff Gordon finished second at the Goody’s Headache Relief Shot 500 on October 26th and jumped ahead in the Chase rankings. Under the new rules, the points reset each round so the driver’s performances in the current round matter are all that matter. Things are tight between the top drivers with Gordon sitting just three points ahead of Ryan Newman, four points ahead of Joey Logano and five points ahead of of Matt Kenseth. A win in Texas would be a big boost for the top drivers.
