Last year's clip of 41.44 percent of birdies of better on the quartet of longest holes was the highest split the course has posted. It seems that the long bombers of the ball would be at a huge advantage, but actually the leaderboard is usually crowded with veteran ball-strikers who plod their way around the golf course.
